Product features：

Mineral insulated cable is made of copper with high conductivity as conductor, inorganic magnesium oxide as insulation and seamless copper pipe as sheath through special process. Due to the particularity of its material and structure, the product has incomparable electrical performance, mechanical performance, environmental resistance and environmental protection performance compared with mechanical cable (plastic cable)

It has the characteristics of fire prevention, explosion-proof, waterproof, smokeless, halogen-free, non-toxic, high temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, anti electromagnetic interference, large carrying capacity, strong overload capacity, high mechanical strength, small volume, light weight, long service life, good grounding, etc

The long-term service temperature of bare cable is 250 ℃. When it is 950 ~ 1 ℃, it can continuously supply power for 3h (90min specified in the national standard). It can work close to the melting point of copper at 1083 ℃ in a short time or in an extraordinary period

Mineral insulated cable is a kind of cable with annealed copper as conductor, dense magnesium oxide as insulation and annealed copper pipe as sheath. If necessary, a plastic outer protective layer can be extruded outside the annealed copper sheath. In case of special requirements for smoke-free and halogen-free, a low smoke and halogen-free protective sleeve can be added outside
