Compensation cable (compensation conductor)

The function of compensation cable (compensation wire) is to extend the cold end of thermocouple and connect with thermometer to form temperature measurement system. The product adopts PVC or fluoroplastic insulation and sheath, which has excellent moisture-proof, wear-resistant and flame-retardant properties. The product quality is higher than the national standard GB / t4989-94 (equivalent to iec584-3).

Product Introduction

The function of compensation cable (compensation wire) is to extend the cold end of thermocouple and connect with thermometer to form temperature measurement system. The product adopts PVC or fluoroplastic insulation and sheath, which has excellent moisture-proof, wear-resistant and flame-retardant properties. The product quality is higher than the national standard GB / t4989-94 (equivalent to iec584-3).

Purpose: the (high temperature resistant) compensation wires and cables for thermocouples are a pair of insulated wires with the same nominal value of the matched thermoelectric EMF within a certain temperature range (including high temperature and normal temperature). They are used to connect thermocouples and measuring devices to compensate for the error caused by the temperature change at the connection between them and thermocouples. This product is applicable to the electrical connection between various thermocouples with graduation numbers of S, K, e, t, J and N and temperature display instruments to improve the measurement accuracy

Product executive standard: GB / t4989-94, JB / t7495-94 and other standards are adopted

Working temperature: heat resistant: up to 200 ℃ and 260 ℃; General use: up to 70 ℃ and 105 ℃

Minimum ambient temperature: fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cable: fixed laying - 60 ℃, non fixed laying - 20 ℃;              
PVC insulated and sheathed cables: fixed laying - 40 ℃, non fixed laying - 15 ℃

Minimum bending radius: PVC insulated and sheathed cable, unarmoured cable shall not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable, fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed unarmoured cable shall not be less than 10 times of the outer diameter of the cable, and armored cable shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable
