Computer cable is applicable to cables for electronic computer and automation connection with rated voltage of 300 / 500V and below and high anti-interference requirements. It is suitable for automatic control system, computer distributed control system and automatic control system dominated by electronic computers in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical and other industries as control lines and computer cables for testing instruments and meters. According to different occasions, the computer cable shielding layer adopts: twisted pair combination shielding, total shielding of twisted pair composed cable, total shielding after twisted pair combination shielding, etc
Product executive standard: ticw / 06-2009, and flame retardant performance test shall comply with GB / T 19666-2019
Application characteristics of double shielded computer cable
AC rated voltage: U0 / u 300 / 500V
Maximum working temperature： polyethylene insulation shall not exceed 70 ℃
XLPE insulation 90 ℃
Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin 70 ℃
Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cross-linked polyolefins are available at 90 ℃ and 125 ℃
Minimum ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying - 40 ℃, non fixed laying - 15 ℃
The cable installation and laying temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃
Allowable bending radius of cable: the minimum bending radius of non armored cable is 8 times of the outer diameter of the cable
Copper tape shielded or steel tape armored cable shall be at least 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable
