Scope of application:

This product is applied to the cables for electric devices of distribution system, control system and signal system for wires and cables for railway passenger cars with rated voltage below 3KV. It is especially suitable for narrow space and occasions with special requirements such as low smoke, halogen-free and flame retardant

Usage characteristics：

Rated voltage (AC) is divided into 500V, 750V, 1500V and 3000V

The allowable long-term working environment of cable core is 125 ℃, and the temperature during short circuit shall not exceed 250 ℃ (short circuit time is 5S)

Minimum operating ambient temperature of cable: cable for non high-strength thin-walled railway passenger car is - 40 ℃,- 60 ℃ for non high strength thin wall railway passenger car cable

Cables for non high-strength thin-walled railway passenger cars are allowed to be used in various grease polluted environments, and cables for high-strength thin-walled railway passenger cars are allowed to be used in harsh environments with various grease pollution and non high concentration acid-base pollution

Allowable bending radius of cable laying：

When the cable diameter is less than or equal to 10mm, it shall not be greater than 2 times of the outer diameter of the cable;
When the cable diameter is greater than 10mm, it is less than or equal to 20mm and not greater than 4 times of the outer diameter of the cable;

When the cable diameter is greater than 20mm, it shall not be greater than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable

Main technical requirements

The conductor resistance of the cable shall comply with the provisions of the product standard

The cable shall be oil resistant (No. 0 light diesel and No. 20 engine oil)

The cable shall have ozone resistance, and there shall be no crack after being displayed in the air with ozone concentration between 0.025% and 0.03% of the volume for 3 hours

The cable shall be immersed in room temperature water for 6 hours and then subjected to AC 50Hz voltage for 5 minutes according to the regulations. The voltage test can also be carried out on the dry test machine according to the regulations

The transverse dielectric strength of the cable shall be tested with sinusoidal 50Hz voltage of the specified voltage value without breakdown

The cable shall be subject to mildew proof test, and its mildew growth degree shall not exceed grade 2

The cable shall be subjected to non flame retardation test

Dcyj cable shall undergo smoke density test and pH value measurement
